Some of our sprouts prefer to be raised in a sprouting glass. This can be done in just a few steps with practically no effort: the seeds are soaked according to the instructions and then rinsed regularly until they sprout. Excess water drains through the strainer lid when the glass is placed in the stand provided. All parts of the set are easy to clean and dishwasher safe, although the sealing rings should only be washed at low temperatures. The metal parts are made of stainless steel. - Soak 1-2 tablespoons of seeds in the sprouting jar according to the instructions.
- Drain the water and rinse the seeds well through the sieve lid.
- Turn the jar upside down onto a surface at an angle to allow the remaining water to drain off.
- Rinse the sprouts thoroughly and carefully according to the instructions to prevent mold from growing.
- Temperatures between 18°C and 20°C are best and keep sprouts away from direct sunlight.
- Eat the sprouts as soon as possible, or store them in the fridge for a few days, as they can quickly become bitter and tough.
