Germ Sieve - Handmade
The sprouting trays are made of ceramic and fired at 1000 °C. The ceramic absorbs the moisture when watering and releases it evenly to the sprouts. This allows the sprouts to develop much better.

1. Soak 1-2 tablespoons of seeds in the lower bowl according to the instructions on the package.
2. Drain the water, spread the seeds evenly on the sieve and rinse through the sieve according to the instructions on the package.
3. The sprouts should never dry out. The ceramic helps: It retains moisture and releases it evenly to the sprouts.
4. Temperatures between 18° C and 20° C are perfect. Do not place in direct sunlight.
5. After the specificated germination time, eat the sprouts as quickly as possible. Store them only a few days in the fridge, they quickly get bitter and tough.
6. To clean or sterilize the sieve, immerse it in boiling water for 10 minutes. Do not clean with dishsoap. Not suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.
