This cinnamon is a hit. Cassia cinnamon is one of the most popular spices thanks to its intense aroma. The variety comes from the bark of the Cinnamomum Cassia tree. It is best used in moderation. A pinch of this cinnamon can pack a punch with sweet classic dishes such as compote and rice pudding, but also with oriental stews. Very cinnamon-y.
